I have a situation that I am in desperate need of help. I was put in administrative segregation and not fed for over 3 days! the officers put a sign on my door telling the other shifts not to feed me. the sign said “Do not feed until he gives us his boxer shorts” I didn’t eat for 3 days! I have inmates and staff witness to this situation. I have filed I.r.r.’s. and they refuse to answer it. I filed a grievance and when it came back they said they investigated the situation and no one corroborated my story which is without a doubt expected. they would never “just admit” to any wrongdoing, but EVERYTHING IS ON TAPE! I need some information on someone that can help me out in fighting this situation. This incident happened at Jefferson City Correctional Center on November 24th through the 27-28th 2023. but also there was a “PREA” situation taking place that involved me NOT giving the officers my underwear in the first place! EVERYTHING IS ON TAPE! as I WAS placed in a cell with a camera and there IS also cameras outside the cells in the hallway that captured the sergeant showing me the sign “before” he put it on the outside of my door, and the camera footage WILL SHOW officers during meal time coming to my cell, reading the sign on the outside of the door and then passing me up on food without opening my food port or even considering me “BEGGING” for my food! The camera will show that after 3 days I finally gave my underwear to another sergeant and he took the sign off my door and I received food during the next meal time! I need help! I know you’re not lawyers but I need some info on who can help me because I desperately need help with this situation. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
