On January 23, 2021 we submitted a sunshine request for the purchase order for the DOC’s “Covid killing technology”. On January 27, 2021 we received a response stating they needed more time to provide these documents. If these “technologies” have been purchased, why does the DOC need so much time to provide the purchase order?
