We received this email from an incarcerated man who was transferred to WMCC last week. We’ve heard so many stories about lost property. It’s an ongoing issue within MoDOC. We’ve also made several attempts at getting the numbers of transfers that took place (in the past, no names included; just numbers) and the Department of Corrections refuses to turn them over.
