Over the weekend, there were rumors of two deaths at Western Missouri Correctional Center (WMCC) in Cameron. We have talked to staff who was working multiple days and we did a sunshine request for all incarcerated deaths for the past week. There was only one death of an incarcerated individual. This is why we work hard to confirm information. Please respect the family’s privacy.
