Another story we continually here lately is that the Missouri Department of Corrections refuses to do urine analysis, blood test, and testing of suspicious substances but wants to give CDVs for anything they want to accuse someone of. Below is just one instance we’ve been made aware of but we’ve been heard several more. We plan on making DOC policies available to others so the incarcerated can all know them.
