We heard that the vending machines were removed from visiting rooms at at least one Missouri Department of Corrections facility. We were informed that the company removed their vending machines due to terminating their contract because the vending machines have not been in use due to the DOC not allowing visits for so long.
Will visits resume? We can’t count on the DOC to be open and transparent about anything. We’ll post more information as it becomes available to us.
