This is a letter sent to a us from a family member of an incarcerated man at SECC in Charleston. Tensions are high and these men are feeling unheard.
We were also told that recent strip searches went “far beyond the regular searches”, were degrading and were done in front of female staff. We were told they’re now getting one recreation in morning but still don’t have their JPay tablets
