Have they even been purchased? We’re hearing rumors that they haven’t even been purchased yet.
Also, the ionization generators work using air handling systems. How many of the prisons have “air handling systems” where the incarcerated reside? 7 facilities have systems throughout and 2 have systems in half of the facility.
