The power continues to go out in parts of Farmington Correctional Center. The incarcerated are left without heat and are being told it won’t be fixed for two more weeks. This building is extremely old, has electrical issues, problems with the pipes, and even black mold. It is 29 degrees in Farmington at the time this is being written. Unacceptable.
