We’ve been told that officers at are JCCC are becoming more strict about incarcerated individuals wearing their masks and continuing to threaten violations for not wearing them. For instance, this happens when the incarcerated are going to chow yet a group of officers will be standing, talking together with no masks on. Double standard, much?
Remember, Director Precythe stated that no violations were being given out for not wearing a mask.
