We received this message from an incarcerated man at ERDCC. We appreciate his honesty about things on both sides. Staff and the incarcerated. It’s clear that DOC administration doesn’t care about either group. Tensions are high for everyone in every DOC facility. Good staff are leaving because of lack of support, the incarcerated are tired of not being heard, and administration isn’t listening to anyone.
