Since the Missouri Department of Corrections announced their “viral containment plan”, we have continually heard from staff and the incarcerated that the plan has not been followed at multiple (if not all) facilities. Here’s another message from an incarcerated individual at Maryville Treatment Center regarding the handling of COVID-19.
